"This (Quinoa Fruit and Nut) salad was tasty!  I added some pesto seasoning for a basil flavor, and didn't have all the fruits and nuts the recipe called for, but changing it up a bit and adding the basil was great!"

It was very tasty!  I enjoyed both servings I had!

Eggcelent Feast!

Lindsay and Dan (Philadelphia, PA) wrote:
"These (Mini Egg Cups) are most probably the best things ever invented! I LOVE them! We used egg beaters for them and either chives with ham or chives with turkey pepperoni. They are so simple. You can eat them as a side or as a meal in itself. I will definitely be making them again… and again!!"

I am so happy you enjoyed them!  That is one simple recipe for days you want minimal cleanup and love finger foods!  The ham and Chive = amazing sounding pair!  I'll have to try that out next time! And Egg-beaters get a big thumbs up from me!

Thanks!!! -- Aimee Kleer

Great Success!

Lindsay Yorns (Philadelphia, PA) Wrote:
"I made the buckwheat chocolate cherry bread... I know probably not one of the favorite recipes, but its something, and I really like it!!

Also, I just wanted to let you know, I had to do a few things differently, Instead of dried cherries, I used dried mixed berries because that is what I found.  I also used about 1/2 of the sugar and 1/2 of the chocolate chips, and a little less of the fruit.  Main reason for this is because I used a bread machine this time, and I didn't want to overfill it!

Anyway, hope this helps!  I have already picked out a few other things I want to make for later!!"

Thanks for Sharing!  You Seriously Rock and the bread looks AMAZING!  I'm glad it worked out for you!!!
